New Hill Hiker Hillside Elevator Service and Install Truck

We need to carefully tailor our inclined lifts to their surrounding environment to ensure the product not only operates safely , but lasts for years to come. Hill Hiker® does this through their unique process created and perfected by our skilled professionals. Here is a quick look at the people who make our inclined lifts.

The Manufacturing Team

Situated in Annandale, MN, our manufacturing team of seven includes a shop manager, an office assistant, two welders/fabricators, one assembler, one shop helper and a machinist. The group is a tight-knit crew working hard to meet customer deadlines. Ryan, our Production Manager and Head of Manufacturing, leads the group with support from our Lead Fabricator and Welder, Aaron.

Life At The Factory

The team will often need to come up with unique solutions to fit our clients’ needs. Even more difficult, they must do it under a deadline. That’s why we’ve created a flexible environment, allowing our self-motivated employees to craft solutions on time and to specifications.

Outside of Work

Apart from busy weeks where team members come in on Friday and weekends to complete orders, the staff usually works four days–ten hours long each–affording them a three-day weekend. What does the team like to do with their time off? Like most Minnesotans they enjoy hunting and fishing.

Office Team

Although they don’t physically produce inclined lifts, work would be tough without them. The team focuses on a number of tasks like product development, design, permitting, sales, accounting and marketing. They also work on project management, ensuring everything with your new inclined lift runs smoothly.

Install Team

To make sure your inclined lift is set up perfectly, we have four full-time installers ready to install systems all over the globe. When not working on installs, they help the team perform all of our factory service.

Dealers

Hill Hiker® can be found all over the world, and our dealers play a major role in global operations. Factory trained dealers and partners hail from the U.S., Australia and Canada. They not only install our inclined lifts, but also service them.
