Routine Maintenance
Regular maintenance is critical for all elevator equipment. We recommend an annual maintenance on all Hill Hiker® Systems. Our certified technicians perform a 36 point inspection on all routine maintenance calls.
Repair
Hill Hiker® inclined elevators are built with the highest quality components designed to last for years and years in the harshest environments but if something does wear out we have got you covered with in stock parts and highly trained technicians.
Parts
If you need parts, Hill Hiker, Inc. is the only place to get certified and warrantied parts and components for your Hill Hiker® elevator. We stock all common Hill Hiker, Inc. manufactured parts and use nearly 100% American made components so we can get you up and running fast.
Troubleshooting
We may be able to walk you through some basic troubleshooting over the phone. Otherwise our factory certified technicians and network of service providers have the knowledge, parts and tools to get your Hill Hiker® running.
Retrofit / Modernization
If you have an older lift that needs major repairs or is no longer safe to operate we may be able to replace critical components rather than the entire system. Even if your system is not a Hill Hiker® we may be able to help you at a reduced cost as compared to a completely new system.
Insurance Claim
Weather happens and things like earthquakes, lightning and falling trees can damage outdoor hillside trams and lifts. If your system is damaged we can help you assess the damage and work with your insurance company whether you have a Hill Hiker® or another brand system.
Warranty
All new Hill Hiker® Hillside Lift Systems come with factory warranties. Our systems are time tested and designed to last but if something ever happens we won’t leave you hanging. We can typically complete the warranty validation process very quickly and get the faulty component repaired or replaced.
Safety Test
To ensure the safety of your Hill Hiker®, we perform a ten point safety test / inspection on every elevator we visit regardless of the type of service requested. This includes testing the critical safety systems and a through inspection of the cable, among other things.
