What Are Outdoor Elevators?
It’s just a different way to refer to what we commonly call a funicular, inclined lift or hillside tram. Hill Hiker® systems fall under the National Elevator Safety Code where they are called inclined elevators but many people also use terms like exterior elevator, outside lift or outdoor residential elevator.
Whatever you call them, Hill Hiker, Inc. specializes solely in the manufacture and installation of these outside, inclined, cable-driven elevator / lift systems. Each Hill Hiker ® lift system is custom designed for your individual needs and can be installed almost anywhere worldwide.
